Can I inquire before paying?
Yes. Use the Inquiry page with a product URL and questions. Login is required to submit.
What currencies are used?
Orders and service fees are primarily KRW. Storage policy may show USD daily fees depending on settings.
How do referral rewards work?
Share your referral code. When someone signs up with it, both sides can receive point rewards per active policy.
Can I combine warehouse items?
Yes. Multi-select items in My Warehouse and create one shipping request.
